MC PLANET Refund Policy:
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Refund Period: Complete refunds are only applicable for purchases made within the first 24 hours. After 24 hours, only partial refunds will be processed based on the remaining subscription period if there was an issue from our end that couldn’t be resolved within 72 hours. Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.
Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds or partial refunds will not be issued if:
- The customer didn’t like the channel lineup.
- The customer found another service.
- The customer refuses to apply the solutions provided for any issues.
Refund Processing Time:
If paid using credit cards, refunds are typically processed within 20 to 31 working days, but in some cases, it may take up to 90 days. We are not responsible for payment processing time frames and delays, as we are the IPTV service provider, not the payment processor.
Refunds generally take 20 to 90 working days, and it’s beyond our control to expedite this period. Our payment processors handle refund requests, and we will strive to process refunds promptly after reviewing the request and verifying user information.
Channel Issues:
If some channels experience freezing, buffering, or occasional non-functionality, our expert engineers continuously work to address these issues.
Common reasons for temporary channel issues include:
- Customer internet fluctuations.
- Issues with the box/apps/customer setup.
- ISP-related problems.
- Temporary server downtime.
- Customer-initiated changes or server updates.
Compensation for Extended Downtime:
- If a user cannot access their IPTV subscription for 72 hours or more due to server issues or problems caused by us, we will either provide a complete refund for the package price or add the lost time on top of the subscription for free. Additionally, we may offer extra bonuses, subject to negotiation.
